I’ve spent most of my career building systems and solving problems in code. Along the way I’ve learned that the most important things rarely show up in a commit history: patience, listening well, admitting what you don’t know.
Most of what I’ve learned came from people who took time to share it. Books, articles, code reviews, conversations, years of getting things wrong. I’m still learning.
